Nestled in the snowy embrace of Pid Strihoju, my gourmet getaway at this charming hotel was a delightful fusion of hospitality and culinary exploration. Stepping into the lobby, I was greeted by the amiable Volodya, whose warm welcome set the tone for a memorable stay. The rooms were neat and cozy, a refuge after exhilarating days on the nearby ski slopes.The real highlight, however, awaited me downstairs at the hotel's restaurant. Each dish bore the mark of culinary mastery, with a tantalizing blend of local ingredients. Indulging in the savory Kurin cooked to perfection, I savored the flavors of traditional Ukrainian cuisine reinvented with a contemporary twist. As I relished the sumptuous Lucky Bull MEAT&ASIA fusion dish, I marveled at the innovative culinary spirit that permeated every bite.Breakfast brought another pleasant surprise, with a spread of freshly prepared Salo and Grybova Hata delights. The warm ambiance of the restaurant enhanced my dining experience, making each meal a journey through the vibrant flavors of the region. From the inviting reception to the gastronomic delights, Pid Strihoju seamlessly weaves together comfort, charm, and culinary innovation for a truly immersive escape. My only wish?
